Database of Award Winning Children’s Literature (Database that allows you to select topics, gender of character, time period, etc. However, these may not all be in print):

Guysread (Website founded by Jon Scieszka that is focused on motivating boys to read)

Children’s Books for Teaching (This site is particularly good for supporting topics that teachers request.)
